    Hi, can you do a video on how to put a reason of the lost of a lead in an automation please ?

      Do you mean how to automatically update a Lead with a lost reason? To do this you'd just select your Trigger and then select an Action and in the Action step choose to to "Update lead fields"

      @@opsdesigned Not exactly, I've created an automation with a condition that if the company has less than 10 customers, an email is sent and the Lead is Lost. I manage to "Update lead fields" and select "Lost Reason" however I am not able to finish and to put the lost reason I want.

      @@EtiennePortier I don't think I'm fully understanding what you've got built. Leads can't technically be lost (only archived), so if you're updating a Lead "Lost Reason" my assumption is that's a custom field. If it's a single-option field, you should be able to select the option you want in your "Action - Update lead fields" workflow automation step.
