I found that to put the deck pulley belt back on, I simply removed the nut on the right small pulley, which allowed enough slack after moving position to 1 on deck handle, and I also jacked up the front of the mower with a large car jack. In my case, the belt had popped off, but was still in good condition. There are probably other ways to accomplish the same task, but for me, the small pulley on the right side came off and it was a 5 minute job. (right side from the rider view). Hope this helps anyone.
I think it’s supposed to be kicked up all goofy looking like that. Kinda seems like yours bent back up after you connected it all. Maybe bending it down messed it up ?
@@cash9406 Yeah I think you are right. I bought all new pulleys but haven't got back to it. I have a hundred little project videos to make but have been working 12 hour days this year. Hope you get it figured out.
@@HotRodDave mine happened to be a bad spring on the tensioner. Wasn’t pulling it back tight enough and letting the belt jump off and get chopped up by the blades lol. Appreciate the video man!👍🏻
@@snowblindu might be a few days. the belt routing is on the back of the package and I tell you how I did it in the video if you need to get the grass cut before I can make the part 2 video
I planned on making a part 2 of redoing the whole job but haven't had time yet so I posted that part until I can get to it. Hope you can figure it out with what I talk about in the video. It's pretty easy

I got the same pulley kicked up at the same angle. And it also does a little wobble back and forth

Hey did you make another video about putting the idler bracket on? Also did that fix the problem of the deck belt off?
not yet
I'm having the same issue with a mower that I'm working on.
Man... why didn't you show how to put it on?
I am about to make another video on it.
@@HotRodDave Cool my belt broke this morning and I'm going to run out to Lowes and get that belt you showed. I'm thankful you put the part number!
