Sir most of the jewellery companies like titan, kalyan etc. they take making charges as a certain percentage of the value of gold used in the jewellery. So if the gold rates are high, the jewellery companies earn more in terms of making charges and so on. Therefore it can be assumed that jewellery companies make more money if gold becomes dearer.

Sir, I Am from Gujarat and I feel that the reason behind strong cash flow in the stock market is due to land selling to government, this is true in Gujarat as many people had to give away land for bullet train. This is same for road expansions all across the country; the land bank has reduced on overall prospect. Unfortunately, the government was expecting that cash to return in the economy and get the credit for providing cash to people. But things turned other way and the government is baffled and clueless on what to do. What is your opinion in this?

Dear Sir, These days there are lots of talks about real rates after RBI published a bulletin on Natural rate/real rate/neutral rate. As i understood before real rate was the difference between interest you get from repo/bank/t bill minus the avg inflation(may be forward looking). But they are giving the whole concept a different construct which i am unable to comprehend. Like real rate required to maintain savings-investment equilibrium. Or the rate at which economy is running at its potential and inflation is at target. Appreciate if you can throw some light on it.

These days there are lots of talks about real rates after RBI published a bulletin on Natural rate/real rate/neutral rate.
As i understood before real rate was the difference between interest you get from repo/bank/t bill minus the avg inflation(may be forward looking). But they are giving the whole concept a different construct which i am unable to comprehend. Like real rate required to maintain savings-investment equilibrium. Or the rate at which economy is running at its potential and inflation is at target.
Appreciate if you can throw some light on it.

Basant ji, as u say, what happens in developed economy, same will happen in India, what happened in USA in 1980s when retail started participating in large quantity in US mutual funds. US market witnessed boom for 8-10 yr.can't we too witness same boom for next 5-6 yrs in Indian markets???

Sir please.mera question lelo.. government automobile pe itna tax kyon leta hai? They almost double the cost of vehicle. Automobile industry is get more sales. Then it can initiate big chain of economy. And if goverment reduce tax drastically if previous vehicle is scrapped officially then it will also not increase traffic and reduce pollution
