Thank you 🙏🏻 I've given up on saying anything. A few years ago I realised I am autistic and have been unmasking since then the more safe I am. I have realised that I am semi-verbal and I can say a few words here and there, and beyond that I am dysregulated and have too many meltdowns. Since I decided to stop forcing myself to speak, two chronic illnesses and some mental health issues have really calmed down for me. It is really daunting learning to use sign and an app on my phone that can speak for me. I've had to give up giving my own tarot readings. I am a Gemini rising so maybe my channeling will come in a different way, I'm not sure. But now it is time for people to read me more, I think. People have to be quite patient and really listen when I'm trying to communicate now. I know it's the right thing to do, obviously. I'm still grieving a lot of it, but I am happy to know myself more. I am tired. Just today I said out loud, I release all people included that does not serve or care for me, forgive all family as well for anything that might have been done knowingly or unknowingly to hurt me in anyway release them from any bonds to me. I make room for all that is good for me, I make myself a priority for myself, I deserve the best. I will let it all crumble. I look forward to a fresh start.
