I have taken course and earning as Accountant without Degree. I daily see videos. And yet have to complete as Guruji keeps adding new videos. The price is just nothing as First month salary will be double of fees taking lowest side. Content you will not get anywhere.

😊I have a small querry on UTILISATION of itc of fixed asset concept. Can you solve
If a person is having means purchased a new asset for 1 lakh in apri 2023. gst on it is 18000/-
In April month it self in 3b purchaser also claimed 18000 in his 3b also.
Further in the next month in may month
if purchaser makes SOLD goods (not asset) and his out put liability stood at igst 20000/- then
the querry is
Whether While filing gstr 3b should he use only 300/- from I T C of capital asset i.e (18000÷60 life of asset=300)
Or
can he use entire 18000 of capital asset ITC towards payment of tax of 20000?
Which is correct as per gst LAW.
Because as per law claiming amount is different from utilising know sir in light of gst rules so I have got this question. I tried a lot to under stand but cannot so I am writting you sir.
