For two people it's fine. Compared to its predecessor the suspension is a lot better. But it's still bumpy especially in the rear seats. The wind noise start to show up once u cross 90 km. The cabin insulation is not that great. Tyre noise is there. From my experience Jimny has better ride quality, comfort and cabin insulation than the Thar 3 door, but u have to compromise on the power & sudden acceleration ✌🏻
Compared to its predecessor the new thar is so much easy to drive. But not the best. Even though Jimny is underpowered i felt ride quality was better in it. But if you are someone who enjoys driving a ladder on frame SUV ( bumby rides, body rolls, heavy steering, ) there won't be any problem ✌🏻
Definitely bro. You can easily drive it. ROXX comes with a height adjustable driver seat from the base variant itself. The steering also can be adjusted. From my experience SUVs like jeeps are easy to drive compared to low seated lengthy sedans. U won't be having any problem ✌🏻
I have a city 5th gen facing tons of issues because of bad roads in my area and the car's length. Huge dents on running board will it be good to upgrade to thar petrol 4*4 MT ?
Bro first of all Thar can never be a replacement for the City. The handling, refinement, reliability, ride quality, high speed stability, mileage of the city can never be replaced by a Thar. I think for the ground clearance problem it will be better for you to upgrade to a compact SUV like Elevate , Creta, Taigun etc...Take a test drive of the Thar petrol. If u r ok with the ride, go for it. Remember the efficiency for petrol Thar is on the lower side. 7-8 kmpl.

Hello, I just want to ask how good the suspension comfort is on a long journey, and how good is the cabin insulation?
