Kick-ass throaty humbucker sound, clear ringing cleans, something close to a strat sound, lovely acoustics, light-weight and ergonomic, with top quality hardware and a gorgeous finish. Not a lot you can’t do, and do comfortably with this baby. Pricey, but worth it.

Damn. I must have this. I have the JPX6 in that awesome purple color but damn I am loving this blue. Was planning on getting the Arctic Dream in the 7 string version but man....this REALLY has me thinking.
The problem I have with ALL blue guitars is what they look like in person when I get them. The online photos of this guitar is beautiful...but so have other blue guitars that i've purchased, only to get them and they are much darker in color. I know it's how the light hits the guitar but it's so annoying not being able to see these in person before buying. Only to be disappointed in the color once you open the box. Blue is my favorite color, I am very picky with it.

@@BearReportsss You got a glossy one? All the originals are satin. I'm getting an EBMM in about 45 days or so and this is a serious contender...every Music Man I've played has an amazing neck, it's between a Maj, a JPXI and a 15... decisions decisions...lol
Rick Feith I have a 2019 with the glossy finish just like this one. I like the Majesties and the JP15s equally just differently. The only stickiness I’ve noticed on the Majesty neck is if I sweat a lot while playing but it’s very easy to clean off and get back to non-sticky status. Hope you dig your new guitar!
Just some doubts: they call it african mahogany, but technically it isn’t mahogany, as stated by many professional sources. The specs of okoume are very different to e.g. honduran mahogany. So EBMM must treat the wood somehow to get an acceptable tone quality…or am i wrong?
Brett Kingman I pray that blessing will be mine soon enough. I've been lusting since its release a few years ago. They keep making better versions (or at least more variety). She will be mine.
