This is how the healing happens as you awaken. 💕

The more you show up for yourself, the more you believe that you can get yourself through the heavy times.
The more you believe that, the more willing you will be to allow the heavy, dense energies to come up to be seen.
The more they are seen and observed, the easier they are to release.
You will begin to understand that they aren’t your enemy. They are a tool. A signpost, pointing to what isn’t in alignment with your higher self so you can heal it.
It becomes a beautiful cycle. You showing up for and loving yourself time and time again.
No one can take that from you.
Never give up on yourself.

@@ASoulUnfolding thanks Jody. I will. No turning back now. It’s like I’m seeing parts of me dying off… which is sometimes sad & other times terrifying. I try to look at these layers like the waves in the ocean. Feel the sensations like waves instead of labelling them fatigue or anxiety… this helps. Much love 😊🙏❤️
