When I opened it to a random page, there staring at me were the words “anything ye shall ask for, believing, ye shall receive.” It was not only comforting but I prayed and within days they diagnosed me and I was soon on the road to recovery. I keep a bible on my night stand too I pray with it every night. I keep my faith also I will admit tho its been tested a time or two but I thank everyones faith has been at some time or another. I get confused also. I’ve never started at the beginning I will look here and there. I’ll do this thing where I say to myself, what does God want you to know right now. I think , in an older ages , is better and easier to listen than reading by itself , especially when our eye sits are going weaker , which often coursing tired and sleepiness , of course the reader .

I went to catholic school in highschool we read the bible three times a week plus sunday but never really understand what i read, i just read it for religion subject to get perfect score at exams. It is only when i get married and have three children when the words of God hit me touch my heart and was really in deep sorrow and even cry at his sufferings in the cross. It really open my soul.

The book of Exodus in the bible always reminds me of Charleton Heston in his role as Moses in The Ten Commandments, which I saw many times as a young girl. Hello from Canada, Englebert. So happy you are reading the bible! Yes, it is truly amazing how it all began. The book of Exodus in the bible always reminds me of Charleton Heston in his role as Moses in The Ten Commandments, which I saw many times as a young girl. I have about 6 google mini's in my home, and every night thru to morning, I play your songs as I find them comforting, especially in this time of unrest around us. God Bless you and keep you safe.
