I agree. Bro kept giving up any star that he couldn’t get within a minute of entering the level. Like all the Sand Land stars seemed pretty doable as long as you had patience. Actually enjoy playing the game and the mod rather than trying to get through it quickly.
@DoubleE5135 I agree completely, if you not speed running just play the intended way, I beat Mario 64 120 star so many times and really always the intended way 😊
Looks like they increased gravity and/or lowered his jump height even more than what is proportional. I feel like tiny Mario should actually have an easier time jumping higher or falling slower. For the same reason ants can carry 50 times their body weight, squirrels can survive falls of unlimited height, and birds can fly with the heaviest bird being "only" 44 lb.
I actually remember seeing a video like this, as well as one where he's giant. The difference is they didn't have the damage equaling death, and they'd increase the size of necessary
So ... this tiny Mario gets the _opposite_ of square-cube law. 😆 I LMAO'd every time tiny Mario jumped or fell out of the entrances to the first Bowser level and Haze Maze Cave. He just kept falling back in. 🤣

Something worth noting though: you cannot ledge grab off of any triple jump, so in order to ledge grab the fire sea platform you have to go for a wallkick, but I assume you tried that as well 😅 also, for CCM wallkicks, there's a way to lure the spindrift down the platform from below, which could get it close enough for the twirl strat to be possible
If you can reach the heart before your health completely drains, you might be able to escape death. Alternatively, you can do a wall jump after the triple jump, hold toward the wall, and get a little extra height.
I feel like the jump at teh end should be possible with a triple jump wall kick hold back ledge grab. Idk if being small changes the physics to make that not possible but normally it would be
Those sinking and rising lava platforms rise slowly over time. You could leave the game running for an hour or 2 while Mario is standing on the platform, and it would rise high enough to easily let you reach the platform with the heart.
You can get on that last platform with a triple jump wallkick ledgegrab! It may require a frame perfect 2nd frame wallkick though as a later frame won't give you the height you need and a first frame will launch you away from the ledge too quickly. Good luck if you ever revisit this challenge!

To be honest, if the mod had just twice or thrice the standard damage, some things could be possible in BitFS. Another possible option would be adjusting the max jump height just a bit so some of the areas are reachable but still require triple jump/sideflip.
So in ur last video I comment that cosmic race thing. What if you have to race your clone but your clone moves the same way you did. You basically race your last clear.
dumb idea: would you be able to get on top of the fire-spewer then jump from there to the wall, then use the wall to get to the platform that has the pole? (in BitFS)
I am impressed you managed to get that far in the run, the mod really just neuters Mario, and that’s including all Mario 64’s usual outdated ness. This isn’t even all that fun in an insane way, it’s just so tedious. And it feels like that for no real good reason. Frankly I see little reason why the mod should even exist. Just be rid of it, move on to better things(no offence intended to the mod creator).
I saw some good suggestions that maybe if there was some floaty aspect to it like mini Mario from nsmb! I may make a part two where I finish the game like that

You can try triple jumping -> wall kick (hold back during the wall kick) -> and ledgegrabing the platform

Sm64 Coop dx allows you to turn off the music in game so we just added music in later :)

I don't think there's any point of the health meter existing since you die instantly from any hit
I thought each time the platform goes up and down they get higher so if you wait long enough you should be at top of the stage

I think your issue is that you suck at the actual game. Speedrunning makes you terrible at the game.
