Hello, Cindy, I LOVE all your videos and use several of them regularly - early morning stretches, Zumba, etc. but I especially want to thank you for your foot exercises! I have benefited from them in just a brief period of time. I also wanted to share with you my discovery of Yoga Toes as an aid to those stiff and difficult toes. Your videos and Yoga Toes have kept my feet strong!
Thanks for sharing!! I will have to get me a pair. Glad that your are finding the videos useful. I appreciate your support. Keep up your dedication and remain healthy and strong!
Winner of a video, been searching for "oscillating massager for arthritis" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Ieyameron Unexpected Improvement - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? It is a good exclusive product for discovering how to end your mind-numbing knee pain minus the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my neighbour got amazing results with it.
This so fantastic! !have hope. I haven't known what to do. I have used yoga toes separators, but they weren't enough.I have very compromised feet and I know this will help greatly. I have bunions (since I was kid) crossed toes and more. You are a gem!!! In fact, I am going to buy marbles today.
It is a challenge never knowing what body part is going to flare up, right? Best we can do is keep moving and have a team of good specialists (doctors, therapists, etc.) in our corner. Glad you are not giving up!!! Thank you for watching.
Hello Cindy, thanks for the exercises. Could you kindly leave a link for your toe separators, please? The ones in UK fall out after 5 minutes, I see yours are staying in all the time. If I could just see a photo what yours actually look like, then I might find something like that in the UK. That would be so so appreciated, thank you so much!
Hello I started stretching with this video only 4 days ago and I can already feel a huge difference. Thank you so so much! I noticed you have a clear plug between your big toe and your index toe. What is that? If you don't mind me asking. 💖
Glad you are noticing improvement. Between my toes I am wearing a toe spacer bought at walmart to help avoid the toe from crossing on top of the other toe.
I had significant relief during the first session! My right foot ahtes everything; socks, shoes (no matter how loose or wide - it's telling me something and by god I am listening! I have also added zinc, milk thistle capsules to my diet.
I used to watch lot of videos for my foot pain after toe fractures.i had great and 2nd tie fracture , had K wire surgery for the same. It is going to 5 months after surgery. Still I have stiffness and not able to extend my great toe. I found your exercises useful. Will hot fomentation help. If yes how many times and when is the ideal time. Before or after exercises
Sorry to hear of your foot challenges. Keeping up with these exercises is a must for me otherwise the stiffness will creep back in. I use both heat and cold therapy and it can be beneficial both before and after you exercise
here's a few ideas you can try Test out a natural remedies for plantar foot. Something as simple as ginger root, which can be found at your drug store, is a good anti-inflammatory. Ginger root is in a group of plants known as Cox inhibitors. That means they help inflammation naturally. Another good remedy for pain is Bromelain. How long does it take to heal? I‘m a ballerina and want to wear my pointe shoes again as soon as possible
It depends on how much damage has been done. Sometimes it is a decision of just warding off more damage. Are yours as bad as mine?
@@FitnessWithCindythank you for your reply. Mine have already healed thanks to your exercises :)
@@vanessasterkel Great to hear!
