Cmon, only reason why her feet ended up like this is neglect. As a grown up the least you can do is clip your nails and sand down the causes. Nothing too crazy, expensive or time consuming just basic care anyone can do.

Its important to take care of urself from a young age these feet could have been in much better shape if they had taken care of it before rather than wait for them to get worse

I take the bus and WALK ALL THE TIME because I don’t have, and have NEVER owned a car. And I am almost 50!
And yet my feet look and are healthy, no foot issues.
I suspect it’s because when I take a shower (everyday), I pay special attention to making sure I wash the tops and bottoms of my feet as well as in-between my toes with a wash cloth with soap on it every time I shower. And I clip my toe nails and sand down with a foot file any hard skin on my feet bottoms at least every two weeks. My foot heels nor toe nails have NEVER been yellow nor damaged looking in any way.
Honestly, I think when feet look like that in the video I believe it’s a hygiene issue. People don’t think to wash the tops, and bottoms of their feet as well as in-between their toes with a soapy wash cloth.
Unless, you have a serious medical issue that affects your feet they shouldn’t look yellow.
Given how much I walk, if anyone were to have foot issues it would definitely be me but I have none. Regular hygiene and foot care go a long way.

Strange thing is I used to have severely cracked heels in winter and used a foot file and deep penetrating cream and it has gone and never comes back now. Cracked heels are very painful so if you are struggling and can't reach or not very mobile do go and get treatment like this. It makes a lot of difference to quality of life and it is only hard skin. Paradoxically, you would think filing the feet would make the cracks worse but it really doesn't. In fact, don't let it get that bad and its even better.

To all those commenters who think they know better, keep in mind that some people indeed have preconditions. For example diabetes, foot bone deformities, weak connective tissue, nail fungus, increased callus production or simply large feet, making it very difficult to get shoes that fit.

Ripped off the nails and they have been a problem ever since (33 years). Doctors have told me severe nail bed trama lasts a lifetime. My big toe nail splits and peals and the other nail grows thicker not longer so i also file like you showed. Ive never seen a video of yhis before so its good for me yo know ive been doing it properly all these years 😁
