Wild pigs… I saw the original Old Yeller on tv before they censored it (70’s) and had read the book prior. Scary critters. My bro in law’s grandpa had free range pigs that turned wild on his farm, I was warned about them and believed every word.

Not all deer hunters go to the extent that you do. That is what makes you so much more different than your typical deer hunter and you the deer hunter/conservationists. Planting food plots is so much more than a way of getting the deer to come to you during deer season. Like you said it gives the deer food throughout the winter time and provides for the deer during the breeding season. This gives the nutrition needed to raise healthy fawns. So much goes into conservation efforts that most people don’t realize the cost in preserving the environment for not only the deer but other wildlife as well. Thank you for showing us what all you do and for doing your part in protecting and promoting wildlife conservation.

Fishing with my son 20 yrs ago, he had a small bass follow his bait in. He was bored so he quit. I decided to pick up his Mickey Mouse rod to just see if I could get the bass to bite. 2 cast later I realized the rod had no drag. Ended up walking waist deep into the pond to meet the fish halfway. Besides being nasty wet, my son claimed the fish saying it was his rod!!😢
