I think that it is possible, but keep in mind that you'll have only about 4 hours in the city. 4 hours is enough to visit the Gothic cathedral, walk in the main street and explore a little bit of the historic center. You can spend one hour in the cathedral, 2 h in the royal Alcazar and the rest exploring the city center including the setas. I don´t think you'll have time to do a lot more than that because you must be there 2h before your flight.
