  • Child focused complaints processes support and encourage all children to speak up about their worries, whether it is happening to them or someone else. In this video, find out how these organisations create a child safe reporting process to support kids and adults.
In this video, you will hear from organisations that are early adopters of the Child Safe Standards. They were asked to demonstrate how they implement specific Standards. The Office of the Children’s Guardian does not endorse any organisation represented in this video. Examples of their practice are used to help improve knowledge on how all organisations can be safer for children.

Team culture is which we implement in our service. Having appropriate training and knowledge to meet child safety conduct. Listening to children voices and supports their well-being without prejudicesism.

Then tell me who I can report to when I feel my child’s voice has been suppressed by CPS them self ! Mine too! There is abuse of power going on with child protection services, and I have been silenced and my child not heard about abuse instead me as the parent was punished by CPS basically bribed with an extreme case and protection plan stopping me from being able to move away from abusers forcing me and my child to live in abuse and every time I spoke out . It got worse and now my child was removed from me and they’re not doing the right thing to ensure family success and reunification
