@@kwameadinkra2271 first of all the Man Kofi Annan was not a small man. He is dead and hence cannot sue him for using his name to gain grounds make his scheme relevant. A disclaimer has come out by the Kofi Annan foundation that they have no idea of what the man is doing. Secondly, using a name like United Nations to make people believe in your scheme, the UN has also come out that they have no association with him and his award scheme. They have been lenient with him. He can be sued. Read law and read wide. Learn yourself. Cos obviously u also need some education on what fraud is
