No, not really. That's what i like to call a diagonal ledge bounce, and it can happen to any character when you are below the ledge and airdodge diagonally That yoshi could grab ledge by simply airdodging upwards

Lucas' PSI Magnet has a weak semi-spike hitbox when you let go of the button. Thing is, Mewtwo has no weight and dies at 20 to the opponent lightly sneezing in the wrong direction from across the stage, so that hitbox ended up killing.
