what are you usin for a pump, I put a push blade on an old cadet I have and used the hydro pump that drives the tractor and the ram is so slow, wonder why that is.

At the moment I am using the Cub Cadet pump it is a according to what size charge pump you have I have a video showing you the charge pump gears .some gears are wider than the other

Looking good, but I am concerned with the amount of bounce in the lifting arms. I think there may be a weakness in the materials or in the attachment point to the bucket. Before going further in the build you may want to do a stress test on it.
