Hi Steffen You can find many Textures and Fabric on the CLO CONNECT website - connect.clo-set.com/ But many people enjoy making their own textures. Usually by taking a high quality photo of the real fabric, then creating a seamless repeat in Ps and generating the additional Maps if needed
If you were making this jacket in a real life scenario would you dress the avatar in a shirt and trousers and then fit and simulate the jacket so you could check you had designed sufficient wearing ease into the garment?
Hi Eugene. Can you please share exactly where you are having trouble? Or you may want to join our discord support.clo3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/7814962429977-How-can-I-join-CLO-Discord- Where you can share pictures and videos for further help :)
Hi Shalu. The lining was created in CLO. But was not recorded for this tutorial. One method of creating lining is using a Layer Clone. You can find example video of this tool in both the below links :) ruclips.net/video/RVvxkWxbQ0Q/видео.html ruclips.net/video/SNl3y8yaL24/видео.html
@@CLO3D Simulation is not happening properly ! I am not reaching the stage where simulation becomes stable and shell is on top of lining knowing that I followed the step where you change the shell to layer 1... It is happening specially in the area where I have the buttons - It became more stable after deleting the buttons
"How to create" = aka "pick it pre-built from the library" Not exactly what I was looking for... The hardest thing in MD/Clo is getting it to fit properly, but you skip that step entirely so this is kind of useless.
Hi There. For fitting in CLO it is very similar to fitting in the real world. you can pin and cut just like you would on a sample then edit from there.
This video is just amazing ! Learned so much from it !
awesome!
Amazing!
Thank you for detailed explanation! 😊
Glad it was helpful!
great video! I was wondering where you got the fabric texture from and where is a good place to source from 3d suit fabric textures?

You can definitely do that. Or add a little bit of Avatar Skin offset to simulate the addition of extra garments
Finally a videooo 🥳
👍🏻
Love this video. I struggle attaching the shoulder pad?
