The Amblin Entertainment logo is one of my top 5 favorite logos and its very magical and iconic just like the Disney logo from the 90's. I love this logo.
I remember this logo of an American production company really well. It was founded in 1981 by Steven Spielberg. Amblin is best known for producing many films and television programmes such as Jurassic Park series (including Jurassic World), ET the Extra-Terrestrial, Back to the Future, Goonies, Gremlins, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Arachnophobia, Men in Black and The Adventures of Tintin. Its logo features the silhouette of E.T. riding in Elliott's bicycle basket flying in front of the moon from the 1982 movie, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. I know not all Amblin films are just distributed/released by Universal. Some of them are distributed by other film studios such as Sony Pictures (such as Hook and Men in Black), Warner Bros. (such as Gremlins, Goonies and The Colour Purple), Paramount (such as War of the Worlds and The Adventures of Tintin), 20th Century Fox (now 20th Century Studios) and Disney (such as Who Framed Roger Rabbit and Arachnophobia). Anyway greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪
I notice that for _An American Tail, batteries not included*,_ and _The Land Before Time_ if you listen to 1:42-1:50, 2:38-2:46, and 2:55-3:06 they all have the Violin/string decrescendo and all three films were done by James Horner.
Number of movies with the abridged version of the logo: 1.Who Framed Roger Rabbit? 2.Tummy Trouble 3.Back to the Future Part II 4.Back to the Future Part III 5.Roller Coaster Rabbit 6.Cape Fear 7.Hook 8.Noises Off... 9.Trail mix cup 10.A Far Off Place 11.Jurassic Park 12.A Dangerous Woman 13.The Flintstones 14.The Little Rascals 15.Little Giants 16.Casper 17.To Wong Foo 18.How to Make an American Quilt 19.Twister 20.The Trigger Effect 21.The Lost World 22.Saving Private Ryan 23.Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas 24.A.I. Artificial.Intelligence 25.Catch Me If You Can
This... Helped make the best movies EVER.. by far. But E.T. which is basically the logo came out in 1982. Yet in this compilation it says 1988 (vhs)?? Surely it didn't take 6 years to release on videocassette ?
Amblin Entertainment and Warner Bros. Amblin is so iconic of that specific time frame in the 80s. This is a cool compilation and it is interesting how sometimes a certain style comes back. Like in the 90s they shortened the animation but early 2000s (I wonder if that's because of the theatrical re-release of E.T. for its 20th anniversary in 2002), 9:00 the full animation with the zoom out came back. Then in 2015 they modernized the logo with a kind of CGI look but in the middle of this new look they went back to the old logo for The House with a clock in its walls. That would be super interesting to know how it is decided which animation is used.
*The "logo" has always irritated me, BECAUSE in the movie Elliott is wearing a "cape-like" jacket, BUT it is NOT billowed as shown in the logo.* ruclips.net/video/6-mHuJCL_UM/видео.html&ab_channel=ScreenBites Go to 1:09 for the iconic shot.

*Fun fact:* the fanfare for the 1985 - 2015 logo made its debut in Young Sherlock Holmes (1985).
I never get tired of this Logo

Nice compilation of one of my favorite movie logos/companies!
I loved this!
Such a simple logo suggests we're going to experience something magical.
Or we just experienced something magical. The Amblin logo was often seen at the end in the early days.
Monster house is the greatest one 💪
l love this logo
You forgot the Amblin logo for the Animaniacs revival
I wish Amblimation came back as a subsidiary of DreamWorks Animation.
Well DreamWorks Animation is the successor to Amblinmation
@@1Soniccool and I wish Amblimation became a subsidiary of DreamWorks Animation
@leonardonavarretex1967 only 1 out of 3 of their films was not mid, and that was their only success at the box office (a mild one at that)
Would you be interested in doing the Don Bluth logo completion end credits please and thank you
I wonder why they went back to the old ident for The House With a Clock in Its Walls
Young Sherlock Holmes (1985) hits movies tv
