    Sir ,we were told the the second coefficient of Townsend (gamma) can never be equal to 1 . Why is this sir?

      Good evening, if gama=1, it illustrate an ideal gas. The ideal gas is a theoretical concept, and no practical significance.

      Good morning,
      There are three reseons for the formation of secondary Ionization Process.
      1.electron emission due to positive ion impact - no
      2. Electron emission due to photo Ionization-n+
      3. Meta stable atoms - negligible
      So we will have to consider case 1 and 2.
      That is why in the Derivation I have mentioned no=no+n+
      Hope you have got my point.

    Hello bro... After uploading see your video once..It is not uploaded completely...And you have to derive the equation. Don't copy from book. First you learn then you teach others..

      According to me audio content of this video can be listened .final current growth equation couldn't display. May be technical issues. I don't think so it's directly copied from textbook. I used to refer textbook of Kamaraju and Naidu, I found derivation is simple and precise in this video and language is also simple. As an average student i found this lecture series very useful. I don't know about bright students. My professor recommended this lecture series. I am damn sure that I can pass this subject.
