i watch a lot of korean variety shows and interviews, i have seen a lot of idols and trust me there is literally NO one as funny and witty as jin. this guy is a variety show genius and I'm so excited to see him do more shows in the future. everything that comes out of his mouth is comedic gold !

He was a member of the variety show called Infinite Challenge, along with Jae Suk Yoo (the lead MC in Running Man and also the MC in You Quiz). The show Infinite Challenge was huge in Korea - if you are a Korean who grew up in the 90s, chances are you tuned into watching it every Saturday evening. BTS members are "Infinite Challenge kids" who grew up watching the show. You often seen them mimicing the funny phrases or gestures from the show from time to time, for example, in Dynamite B-side video when V does the rubbing of his hands at the end of the video, that's from the show. Myung Soo Park is a well respected entertainer in Korea and he is famous for his directness and also for his scolding/loud voice comedy.
The Korean variety show called Running Man. This show has been around for years since 2010 and I have been watching the awesome chemistry amongst the cast since 2015. This show is "laugh until you cry" funny and I can definitely see our WWH Jin fit right in. BTS was on the show during era of their song Fire and RM was also a guest. Cast member shares the same name as Jin.
Jin is always a breath of fresh air. He doesn't take himself too seriously and is always gracious. Just like you two! I enjoy spending time with you! 😍💋

He is one of the famous comedian in Korea. With grumpy character. When fans or someone met him on a street, ppl ask him to curse! Then he usually said "Shut up! Get off my face" everybody enjoy it!! So i think BTS also not that hurt at the bathroom incident either. 😆😆 but he actually not only honest and blunt but also kind heart person, Because his good deeds and donations are often known, Koreans know that he is actually a much better person.
I knew it! I knew our Seokjinnie will do great in Variety shows. He is incredibly funny and yes, he does well with older folks because there is no pressure for him to act as a "hyung" when he is with younger folks. Thanks for all these variety show content. Quite entertaining, a good respite to the various problematic hiccups in one's life.

Park Myung-soo, who is misunderstood by many overseas fans, is not a bad person. If you can speak Korean fluently and understand the nuances along with emotions rather than translations or subtitles, you will be able to understand his jokes well. The same is true of what he has confessed in the past. As a fan of Jin, I am not trying to defend Park Myung-soo. However, the program 'Infinite Challenge', which he appeared with Yoo Jae-suk for a long time, was considered the best legendary work in Korean history and was loved by many. If he had been known for being rude and bad, he would not have appeared on the show for 12 years and would not have maintained his amazing 30-year career. Because Koreans really hate people who are really rude even if they are stars. In my opinion, the subtitles for this show weren't perfect. I wish Jin would appear on variety shows a lot before enlisting in the military.
It's like a life saving emergency foods for Mom leaving town for vacation or something 💜 Jin's planning to join the army as we all know 🥲 He leaves things behind so we can wait for him joyfully. I never waited my exes when I was young but I'll be there forever for my boys. Already miss him 😭

favorite korean variety show hands down gotta be infinite challenge [myungsoo was a cast member] but too bad it discontinued .. but runningman was THE ONE show that opens my horizon into the kculture almost 10 years ago ,, the show is still running and jin was a guest there too last week ..

Running man is the best I have watched all the eps and still watching it, it is so fun, contains challenges and missions for the members and sometimes they have Idol / celebrity guests. BTS appear in an episode as a group there is an RM and Jin episode where they went alone. Jin's EP is so recent if you want to watch something related to jin.
My favorite variety show is an OG: Star Golden Bell. Ugh that was such the perfect show for idols to get introduced to the public but also have fun. It was absolutely hilarious. I really love all the OG variety shows: strong heart, happy together, star king, etc. those were all from the 2nd gen K-pop days tho.
hope people won't get to overacting about myungsoo tho cause they jave been callinv him names when in fact we are not sure what really happen back then and it might not be a big deal already to bangtan.. what matters to me is that seokjin enjoyed being on the show

My favorite character in that show was Lee Kwang Soo, there was a part where a guy back ride him and it was sooooo funny, i end up looking them up...and the rest is history. All Koreans grew up watching his very famous show Infinite Challenge, and most of them love him (as do BTS members). If your words are based on Jin's playful references at the beginning of the episode, Park is famous for jokingly rejecting fans or running away from them. There are a lot of funny and cute pictures about him.

After BTS got famous, Park Myungsoo himself on a radio show said that he regret his action back then, not because it's not nice, but because "I should have treat them better, If I know they would be this famous" I think more than the toilet incident, that insincere apology is what made me feel more upset. After the burger incident with JK I can't trust famous K-TV personality except Yoo Jaesuk and Ji Seokjin, but maybe you can give me some insight on that if you don't mind? 🙏🏻
