Beautiful representation of romantic and erotic fullfillment. I saw a video of Ashton coaching Dowell and Sibley, and after watching it, I understood Titania's movements better.... he meant them to be fairy-like and strange. And so they are-beautifully so !
MOLTO BRAVI BIGHIN GIULIO RENZO
It's kind of cool to see the Italian Prima Ballerina Goddess of earlier years dancing with the current Primo Ballerino Ethan Stiefel--the man currently named the "most advanced danseur in the world." It's a real question of which of the two in this pas de deux shines brighter... Who is the better dancer here? Oh, forget it. They're both gods. They really do deserve each other here... And let's keep that dislike bar on 0, shall we?
Love this choreography. It's not your typical ballet pas de deux, but it's perfect in capturing the fairy essence of Midsummers.
This Is lovely! Amazing partnering and talented dancers.

The perfection of Ashton style. The dancers do it beautifully, as near to Dowell and Sibley I think as you could get.

What's the name of the piece?
Nocturne from A Midsummer Night`s Dream, by Mendelssohn
Appreciate your quick response, it's quite unusual for this kind of niche audience to respond^_^
What a "kitsch" choreography! It looks as a dance rehearsal -even when the dancers are great in their dancing.
