Your nose itself likely isnt just stuffed, its probably your sinuses, so please consider the following. Start eating or eat more foods with antioxidants. - Increasing your vitamin C by eating at least 2 or maybe even 3 oranges a day until you breath easily and then have a orange every so often for maintenance. - raw ginger that you rinse, with the skin (not too too much, that will be SPICY and hard to manage more than one bite of, dont do more than like 3 in a day) - raw garlic like 2-3 coves/slivers not the entire thing - some peppers with a decent amount of capsaicin like cayenne or have very simple not bloated with extras hot sauce - have at least 1 entire chopped cooked onion in at least 1 meal throughout the day. With those sorts of foods, probably turmeric would help also and other foods and spices and herbs that I didnt list. The foods and spices I did list were just the ones I can personally attest to their benefits with helping clear my nasal passage ways a decent amount. Theres no rule that you must not breath through your nose every winter. You can beat it and overcome if its just winter causing it, then there will be some natural way you can resolve it Im sure.

Chew gum for a few hours per day. Don't "mew" for a few minutes per day, actively keep your tongue at the top of your mouth as much as possible until it becomes your natural position. Don't have to press it against the roof or try some where workout, just try to make it your new normal position.
