I REALLY LIKE HAVING INVESTED IN COMMANDERS FOR EACH OF MY TROOP TYPES, BUT WHAT'S YOUR STRATEGY AT THE START OF A NEW SEASON? Although younger accounts can focus on 1-2 troop types, the older your account gets the more troops you'll have of each type that you want to be able to use. discord.gg/chisgule
Off topic question, You live stream With the epic intro of you leading troops to a castle siege and your war room. Where did you get that from or who created it. I have checked your entire channel and found the original videos of when you put them up and there is no credit to anyone. Please please let me know I want to make something similar. Are u going with Tank Tree for Madeleine or Infantrie Tree ? and i went for Fraegar / Theia as Wilderburg Flying Units.
I used Atheus/Theia as my main march and I understand what you mean about Theia being too tanky but i found that her shields combined with the visage artifact give the march a huge amount of sustain in prolonged fights. Especially if you are only eating counterattack damage. It meant that in a single prolonged pvp fight i was flanking at the river, never being targeted, and the counterattack damage wasn't enough to get through my shields. It was actually really effective.
Now from a whale perspective you rightfully wanna forego the tankiness for immediate damage and influence in a fight, but from a low/mid spender perspective i think i was able to contribute a lot more by micromanaging my flying march and punch above my weight by tanking all that counterattack damage
I really don’t like merit farming is a thing and the fact chisgule had to point out that his kills are from actually fight proves my view of it. It’s still 100% important though lol
Yep merit farming is critical. I don’t like it. Also don’t know how you’d change it.
Just a thought, how about an awakened kinnara main with syndrion deputy for more chance of def breaks, combined with rattle spear passive to increase attack when def break?
Also, a velyn/liliya march along side with alwyn/waldyr march, the legendary march will be the main force for dps with their rage skills where alwyn and waldyr to provide the extra support, like extra rounds of freeze for the legendary parties (awakened velyn) and if the other legion got affect by liliya's scorch, alwyn can do a little extra bits of dps.

i found theia being a great secondary tank. i do madeline nika tank n damage and garwood theia with supportive items to help my tanks n damage stay out longer
In general, how strong is a 5555 epic vs, say, a 5111 legendary? Should I take always the epic, always the leggo, or would it vary based on heroes?
Can we invest universals here in gold key heroes? Or saving up like in rok?
Been doing nico+kinnara.. now got ffreagar at about same skill level as the other two... feels wierd lol, do I not use her? Feels like my nico+kinnar do better 😢😅

Cav pairing . My bakshy is 5-1-1-1… and I use my emrys with an max alistair for the 30% counter and the 30% extra rage… am i normal or just missing something?
Mages I did velyn/waldyr celestials and alwyn/liliya vestals for extra control. Archers kinnara first for 3rd control with nico. Infantry and cav are same for me. All in on keeping the debuffs going. Celestials not flying so they stay with the other marches.
have you tried liliya/waldyr then velyn/alwyn? i would think would be better for more specialized marches? could be wrong as i havent tried either of them

I am totally confused all of theias skills have bonus damage flat out or while shields is up except for her 3rd which requires celestials.
Atheus is more rage gen, hp and speed/def
Alwyn is magic attack, damage reduction, and a slow.
i run 2 mage marches atm, Lilya/ Atheus (rage regen, heals, and march speed) and Velyn (pvp tree focus)/waldyr.
I do the same.
How is it performing? You think atheus is better than Alwyn ?
I thought Alwyn could be nice , because lilya has her burn debuff
I have both Emrys/Bakshi pair and Velyn/Waldyr pair (i am F2P) which should i use
One thing I think missed out why Kinarra & Nico is better is on the point Chisgule makes here. You always get targeted with Archers. And these two heroes provide so much counter attack damage it becomes more of an advantage compared to Syndrion & Ffraegar.
However, Syndrion & Ffraegar does do the most single target damage meaning it's #1 Raid killer and is basically the "Kahn" march of the game. Pure glass cannon with a small amount of defence capability.
Question: Nico's counter attack bonus comes from the rage skill activation so if there is a case of chasing and the rage skill is not firing off, the base counter attack will only be from kinnara. in this case is it still worth it?

@@wanshengong7726 Nico has base counter hits. And with talent it's increased by a further 9%. Kinarras triggers after hitting the silly numbers of 50%+
Hey Chis! I have become addicted to your videos lately haha. Well done my man! I got a quick Q: a decent amount of my troops have been permanently dead from some pass fights 3 weeks before S1+ drops. With my speedups I can either get my marches back to 110K-ish T4, or I can focus on building a 100K T4 cav march (up to this point in the season I have had a VERY weak cav march, all T3). What would be the best for S1+?
In S1+ the march size pushes up to 250k+ troops. I'd focus on getting full marches, but using less total marches on the field if necessary to keep your marches full.
You have me re-thinking Thaei on my celestials
Hey man! So i do have liliya and velyn and wanted to have 2 magic marches. Tho i dont have and dont plan to have hosk in my roster, who should i pair with liliya then? Is alwyn a good alternative?

Celestrials are stronger imo
A question chis, why do you say kinara doesnt have synergy with Ffreagar?
Kinnara is about skill damage, ffraegar is a normal attacker.

Would Liliya with Alwyn not be better than hosk, they have good synergy and you get that extra dps from alwyns awakened skill
I think alwyn is a fine combo, and I’m not sure what combo does more dps. I tend to learn toward hosk because the awakening on alwyn is a very small boost

i got a question as a wilderburg spearmen units do i need to have Kinnara to activate ( spear toss ) perk it says only takes effect when a legion is composed entirely of Spearmen so do i need Kinnara and hosk at the same legion to activate it ?
or i can roll with nico and kinnara ?

Emrys 5511 with awakened Alistair is really decent
Celestial are mages. So mage combo works only there. Thei is good with spring wardens. May be you are not using spring wardens. Thei is made for them.

Freagar sindrion definitely not better than kinarra nico. Kinnara nico heavily punish any mages attacking them with crazy counterattack. While freagar sindriom will just die.

theia/ awakened atheus support tree and tier or arbon is god tier

@@kasbearvfx lots of tanking and healing, good for poking enemies from high ground and water. Our alliance would flank armies with just all theia/atheus celestials and we would all drop tears of arbon periodically and we withstood so much damage and killed off tons of legions. this of course requires league of order.

this game just wont give us a decent flying cav hero!!!!!
Wilderburg definitely best faction in the game right now….considering they are the only faction w a legendary flying unit.
