In this video, Jeff Glover explains how to pass with double unders in Jiu Jitsu.
Jeff Glover is one of the OGs of the SoCal BJJ scene. He is widely considered one of the most creative competitors and instructors in the game. This is an excerpt from his most recent instructional PASS TO THE FUTURE available exclusively from BJJFanatics.com.
BJJ Fanatics was started by a pair of black belts (Bernardo Faria & Michael Zenga) who feel that nothing is more important than improving your BJJ skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for BJJ Students who don’t look at BJJ as a sport - but as a lifestyle.

Pete looks hungover and Jeff is on a hippy speed ball (coffee and bong hits) Lol!
Wrist locking the Wrist lock guy😂
I like the forearm variation.
Good detail about moving yourself and not over extending the arm.
Interesting approach
So the trick seems to be that should break the impact on the knees by landing your hands first. I think I would like Jeff as a teacher. He might be high but he spits the truth!
Totally effective and a riot
Gold!
Last time I did this my opponent walked away on his arms and we were sort of chasing each other.
This is one of my favorite moves. My problem is I roll em an my wrestling mind starts fighting my Jiu Jitsu mind.
OSS 🔥
if the person on bottom is properly applying weight onto your hips I feel that dropping will be easy. but I'm gonna try it anyway.
He is higher then a kite!
what is he gets two sleeve grips and makes his legs heavy?
Drop fast. Drop swift. Good luck with that.
PETE THE GREEK!!!!
