Super cute, will definitely make these for my grandkids. I would reduce the time spent cutting a little bit by lining up the edge of the felt with the edge of the crown piece when gluing them together.

There is a tool that I cannot remember the name of that helps right-side out a thin band like you used your hemostats on. I bought it at my local craft store.
