Best dumbbells workouts !! I am in my early 40’, cyclist most of my life but started to work on my upper body (using various body weight, resistance band and stretching exercises - follow ups on YT ) in April2020. Got my first ever set of dumbbells only a week a go. This morning was my 3rd workout following you. With a day brake between, first I have done was a full body, second upper push, and now this upper pull. Feeling amazing and gosh.. it is tough! I have a question. I operate in kg, so 30lbs is 13.6kg and 20lbs is 9kg. Is it for each individual dumbbell or a pair? I have the ones you add plates to so not changing a weight and it is circa 8kg each. I can barely execute last sets with a proper form. Let me know
Got the workout in early today. That finisher was rough. The swing after the renegade rows felt like 100 lbs. Tired now but feeling good. Had to order heavier weights because I am making progress
For sure. For example, push on Monday, lower body on Tuesday, pull on Wednesday, cardio/HIIT Thursday, rest, total body, rest. If you wanted to double up on upper/lower body, etc try to build in a day of rest.
I haven't tried this one yet but I super loved Tiff and Dan. I love the 40 minute shred that I follow a specific 1 often and then the drop sets. I am basically doing the 10 pound weights barefoot on a yoga mat in my sometimes kind of uneven yard lol any great advice I could really use some advice. Sure do. The plan for this workout is 5x per week with 2 days of rest. You can choose the rest days - we recommend (if starting on a Monday) to rest Thurs & Sun.

The reverse curls affect more the supinator and pronator(forearm muscles) than the Biceps.
