There's only one language these ppl understand,M now itching they take their energy towards tht other province now so they get to be reminded of their place!
She is promoting her business. As you said she has a school, if people(government) were to invest in these skill shortages, whose pockets do you think the money will slip into. Keep in mind of the many graduates in South Africa, I've never seen these thousand jobs that are vacant. Why doesn't she list those jobs so that our "unskilled" youth can apply to them. This is a classic I'm going to invent a problem and sell the solution to you.
They always say there is a huge vacancy in skilled jobs but they never mention those jobs or skills required 😂😂that time we are graduating in all “skilled” fields and we still at home unemployed with our “required “ skills😂😂who is lying to who?
@@koketsomolapo3964 Exactly and that BEE they keep mentioning doesn't even benefit us. They hire foreign nationals from countries that do not have the same education standards as Sourh Africa to reduce cost then when we complain or when things go wrong they blame BEE, make it make sense.
South Africans should stop being emotional and defensive. We must listen to the comments and advises coming from others with regard to our youth unemployability comments and reasons behind that. There is a lot of SA people are not saying, there's a lot they could say about SA unemployability to save them, but they chose to attack people who are there, experiencing struggle about employing SA youth. Not all are unskilled, but their attitude and their rights and not have even a skill of washing dishes back at their homes, can't do their home chores, firing back when elders are talking to them, disrespectful and expect they will function well at their jobs. Not at all. Thethani inyani to save our own!
But what she's saying is a blatant lie. What makes a non SA graduate more employable than a South African with the same degree? Cause we all know this. They deliberately overlook SA graduates and choose to up skill foreign ones. We all know and see this happening daily. Then they pertuate the unemloyable myth.
We cant listen to the comments made by such poor hungry desperate selfish jealouis envy opportunstic parasitic tribalistic genocidal hypocritical hateful ungrateful long liberated African failed natiomns of beggars who survives on our own country's back side. Taking advice for sub-standard people who comes to SA for free health care and bread? You are mad
They are lying. I think that you haven't seen what is happening. One day, you will see it. This is a planned mission. I never understood why SANS were saying the jobs are being taken until I experienced it. There is something that the gvnment never disclosed. There is a special place for foreigners in SA. I don't mean the black ones only. Foreigners of all kinds are privileged. Poverty is meant for us.
Is she wrong? She is right. Getting a degree does not make anyone employable or passing textbook problems does not make anyone employable. And we need to note that companies are not charity Organisations that hires anyone for the sake of hiring. People need to learn from the Chartered Accounting Stream in Universities - the structure makes it clear that your degree is NOT enough, so you have to complete the stream in order for you to be employable and competitive. In Law, students know that your qualification can only get one to do articles, and then after one can talk about being employable. People who are not in eduction or leaders in companies have no idea of how clueless most graduates are. We need guidance and extensive training.
By Nigerians and Zimbamwens nerver, they came here with no trade we accomodated them and train them, that is why their tale is this long, we all know our situation of our youth dont translate it. For last 30 years they were given right over us, they were given tenders of all kinds and employment of high class at misery of SA people. Come with a plan how the gap must be closed avoid running to a lazy excuse.
According to my experience south africans are sidelined every where, what i hate the most even here in the country.I'm in the trucking industry people from whole africa they are employable without driving licenses but south africans got licenses including pdp and dangerous goods certificate,so what we call that?
@@shadrackmalinga9445Exactly! One just needs to look at all other industries in SA to see that SA indigens are being sidelined deliberately. From restaurants, to trucking, to construction, to hospitality, to tech, to insurance, in every single sector they always try to come up with reasons to justify not employing locals over migrants. I honestly believe there's a global agenda to displace us, cause tell me why the same unemloyable SA youth are desired and sought after in other countries? Tell me why SA has the top universities in Africa, yet everyone who graduates from them, but SAns are desirable employees in SA?
What is the cretiria for being employable? Everyone starts somewhere. Universities in SA are very good. They teach all the skills and critical thinking that you must have for that particular industry. The problem is that you won't get hired because Zimbabwean are a priority.
Why are you focused on what south Africans are doing than fixing your own countries though 🤔??? What does that have to do with you? Will that build your country?😂😂😂😂
I am South African and to some extent she is very right. There are so many things happening in the work force that we are oblivious to or just plain stupid. Ask 10 South African youths what they wanna do or where they see themselves in five years, what are their plans to get there? How ready are they? Our basic education does not prepare the youth for the workforce if they are unable to go to varsity. They are not ready to work with their hands hence you find a lot of foreigners do those jobs plumbing, carpentry etc…
Again this is a lie. Go to some of your local FET colleges and you'll see the high number of SA youth enrolled for plumbing, boiler making, carpentry, stop peddling lies.
She received backlash as well. Cause there's no such thing. There are a lot of graduates in sa looking for opportunities, these companies want people with experience. They do not want to invest in training.
@@Lily-ed2scFunny enough, the same companies are willing to take on foreign graduates and upskill them. A lot of them come here with no skills what so ever, but are employed. Then they turn around and peddle the SAns are unemployable myth. They know this is not true, but that it is the agenda of the "master", and they will gladly push it to their benefit.
It's about peoples' attitude towards being educated & willingness to accept employment that is in line with the person's acquired education/skills... Let's see how many restaurants will survive once the blitz on undocumented workers ends.
But this is not only South African youths. Alot of gen Zs across the world are unemployable. They all want to be content creators and hardly do any work. Social media has killed the youth. Only those who come from strict academic backgrounds work hard and have thriving careers.

Economist by training here, I believe that she is referring to structural unemployment which means that skills that people are training in isn't what the economy & companies need.
So there are jobs, but they struggle to find people to fill in positions.
Which jobs are those? She is spreading propaganda.
What are those jobs? This is propaganda.
Time is up, they're all going back to their poor Zimbabwe
There's only one language these ppl understand,M now itching they take their energy towards tht other province now so they get to be reminded of their place!
She is promoting her business. As you said she has a school, if people(government) were to invest in these skill shortages, whose pockets do you think the money will slip into.
Keep in mind of the many graduates in South Africa, I've never seen these thousand jobs that are vacant. Why doesn't she list those jobs so that our "unskilled" youth can apply to them.
This is a classic I'm going to invent a problem and sell the solution to you.
True. She is promoting herself. Why didn't her plan work in Zim?
They always say there is a huge vacancy in skilled jobs but they never mention those jobs or skills required 😂😂that time we are graduating in all “skilled” fields and we still at home unemployed with our “required “ skills😂😂who is lying to who?
@@koketsomolapo3964 Exactly and that BEE they keep mentioning doesn't even benefit us. They hire foreign nationals from countries that do not have the same education standards as Sourh Africa to reduce cost then when we complain or when things go wrong they blame BEE, make it make sense.
Mubi nokubamubi lo nongayindoda
😂😂😂😂
Zims what cowardice people
Nywe Nywe South Africa go and fix Zimbabwe everyone is an expert about South Africa
Usijwayela kabi lenja. She must go employ her ''employable'' zimbabwean youth in zimbabwe. SIMPLE.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 best comment ever.

Go back to Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 and employ the the employable youths
Hey wena biltong dry legs go to your "rich" country and make a move there not here utsho ngamaziyo agcwalise umlomo susiqhela
Dont mess with south Africans they will tell you off😅
Is she wrong?
She is very right, you guys are only found on twitter and RUclips.
So why do people come HERE????? please help us understand.
So you are not on social media? Why is your comment on RUclips?
What a dumb statement.
Why are you focused on what south Africans are doing than fixing your own countries though 🤔??? What does that have to do with you? Will that build your country?😂😂😂😂
THE NERVE!!!! 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 MEANTIME WE HELPING HER COUNTRY TO GROW...
Why are we doing that again? Why is the energy not spent on SANS?
You are definitely not a south african you imposter
You not South African
You're Zimbabwean also 😅
A lot of South Africans do those jobs. Uhlala kuphi? You are clueless!

You can’t even articulate yourself properly. That’s one of the reasons she says this. Say something constructive than swearing.
@pamelatire8386 Akafuni. The person said what they said.
Thank ANC and it’s voters
Lol you are mad but Zinhle said the same thing😂😂😂
She received backlash as well. Cause there's no such thing. There are a lot of graduates in sa looking for opportunities, these companies want people with experience. They do not want to invest in training.
She forgot herself. Who supports her businesses?
@@Lily-ed2scFunny enough, the same companies are willing to take on foreign graduates and upskill them. A lot of them come here with no skills what so ever, but are employed. Then they turn around and peddle the SAns are unemployable myth. They know this is not true, but that it is the agenda of the "master", and they will gladly push it to their benefit.

What is her business she talking about 😂😂😂she started to know roll on than now she can use her hand up and down talk nonsense about us
We need to visit her business,we just want to talk

😂
It's about peoples' attitude towards being educated & willingness to accept employment that is in line with the person's acquired education/skills... Let's see how many restaurants will survive once the blitz on undocumented workers ends.
That would be the end of cheap labour that other Africans don't mind. How can you want a slave salary in 2024? Shameless.
But this is not only South African youths. Alot of gen Zs across the world are unemployable. They all want to be content creators and hardly do any work. Social media has killed the youth. Only those who come from strict academic backgrounds work hard and have thriving careers.
Asimazi loyo generation z. People have the skills. A Zimbabwean won't hire a SANS. They occupy a lot of jobs across all industries. This is their country. Thina, we are guests here. Awukaboni lutho! It will come out. Even in schools, I remember they brought them in 2008. I didn't understand anything at the time. Now, I do understand.
😂 Please stop that we thing we get the point that feels at home here and still speaks differently about the vision and view of country
She is lying! I've always wanted to be coder but her entry assessment (2024) is extremely difficult its almost difficult to get through without any prior coding experience.

I wish Mnangangwa deals with you HARD. ANC you need to answer when such fugitives make nasty remarks, talking so carelessly as if she is not talking to human beings. South Africans are human beings , and they are your hosts. Respect nj...zi
She can leave and find it else where.
Always having opinions, when it came to S.A.matters she want S.A. citizens to support her fly by nite College there are lot of people doing coding in our country.
Does her company even offer graduates internships? Or she's just speaking nje?
South Africans if we do not see that we are extremely undermined and it is time we actually do something about it, then we will find our country exactly like Zimbabwe 🇿🇼. And she should open her companies back in her home country and make a plan of how they are going to distribute the elephants for meat as their president suggested.
Its funny that they say we are unemployable yet our students are being head hunted all over the world.
We Think Code isn't her company , she just got employed, they were other CEO before, foreigners with no student visa or permit weren’t accepted , since she became CEO many foreigners and the company is funded by South African Companies and Government
Too comfortable and entitled, sizokwata soon. We can't be disrespected by everyone while they run away from their countries. She must just admit she wants to help her fellow country people
Without context, you wouldn't know the lady works with government youth employment agencies to train some of our youth via her tech colleges, cost-free. She is stating a problem that she is actively working to solve.
I think we shouldn't classify every criticism about South Africa by a non-national as hate speech.
Most fiber installation companies hire Zimbabweans, and I know many of them. They arrived here without any formal qualifications in fiber but were given the chance to learn on the job. Last year, a young man was brought here by his brother, who is also a fiber technician. They taught him, and now he has a permanent position. i have NQF level 5 in systems support with experience but still unemployed since i was retrenched 2020 because of covid19.
