Good job Dane! Congrats on the Maliboom, glad she's doing well! Poor Warr boys, Jason's still on the struggle buss. Hope to see you all there next year!
The dude with the truck was fast. I think he also won last year. We will continue to chip away at things and see if we can bring something for him next year. It’s a tall order to back to back 3 8.xx passes in a row tho so we’ll have to bring our a game.
Congrats, man! And whoever has the generator, that can't keep a steady speed, needs to fix that damn thing! I would have blown it up or ran it over, after listening to that all day! lol Doesn't take much to fix it and fuel would last longer.
It sat with fuel in it for a year so I was just happy it started. It was the eco throttle doing that. It works better with a load but light load it would hunt
No promo from the channel. They are a good part at a good price already. I appreciate you supporting them. Like I tell everyone and point out. They are not driving high dollar cars, they are car guys like you and me and when I spend money I want it to put gas in their cars so we can all go racing. You can give money to summit or jegs or you can give it to them and help fellow racers. I hope you get a cool color one!
I suspect cam bearings but we’ll see. I’m pretty sure I pumped the pan out one race week last year because of my hi pressure pump and shallow swap pan. When I freshened up the motor last time I put the copo spring in for all the pressure so that’s what happens it looks like. I’ll measure everything so I know where I screwed up. It’s just a learning curve is all.
I built my first LS last year, L33 aluminum 5.3 from LKQ. Summit cam, lifters, valve springs, oil pump, etc. ignored the cam bearings lol! I got about100 low boost (under 10 psi) passes on it, 10w40 oil. It has like 85 pounds of oil pressure at 6800 rpm, crazy. I do have a high dollar Sikky mid sump oil pan to fit the LS into my 1970 Duster. It seems the 6.0and 6.2 engines have cam bearing issues occasionally. Good luck.
East Coast can't come but watching you anyway good luck and blow the doors off.
I would love to come hang out at ls fest east to spectate. If I ever do I’ll let you guys know im going! Thank you!
Congrats to you and the Boom! What an awesome weekend! Caught you in passing before the Quick 16, love watching the growth!
Heck yeah! Thank you!

@@Burndown ;) Yeah a little carb cleaner usually does it, if it isn't too messed up. Or is carb cleaner illegal in commiefornia, too?? lol
Awsome job!! All the hard work has paid off!!
Question, i want to order a throttle body from warr. Is there a promo code for them?

The intro Lolol
Best part of the video 🤣
Man, these LS motors and low oil pressure, I don’t get it. So hard to nail down the exact issue.

@@sanger440 I would like to see 10# per 1k rpm to feel warm and fuzzy inside. Yours sounds healthy.
