Thankyou!!!! Finally someone has a vid about carving boulder opal! I got a fairly huge chunk sent to me mid covid by terry at josephines kangaroo sanctuary in coober pedy and was at a complete loss until now! I don't do videos due to lack of both camera/video (and talent) but i have an idea how to tackle it now! If you want to follow a fellow opal cutter (dremel) roys rocks on here is bloomin amazeballs and a good little guy! Thanks again!
Finally another lass that loves carving opal! Loving the vids on boulder opal-I'm just used to cutting and carving potch/precious opal but got given 3 chunks of boulder last week from my mates in coober pedy. Thanks!
@@ShinySearcherUK keep up the good work and I look forward to it. No chance of this nurse doing videos ever. Too much geek and not enough skill here lol

Nicely done
i would put a pin into it and the other end of the pin into a nice little wooden stand, possibly among other specimens
