Thankyou!!!! Finally someone has a vid about carving boulder opal! I got a fairly huge chunk sent to me mid covid by terry at josephines kangaroo sanctuary in coober pedy and was at a complete loss until now! I don't do videos due to lack of both camera/video (and talent) but i have an idea how to tackle it now! If you want to follow a fellow opal cutter (dremel) roys rocks on here is bloomin amazeballs and a good little guy! Thanks again!

Finally another lass that loves carving opal! Loving the vids on boulder opal-I'm just used to cutting and carving potch/precious opal but got given 3 chunks of boulder last week from my mates in coober pedy.
    Thanks!

Will hopefully be doing more carving videos soon. There are very few on here, so will make for interesting videos 😁

@@ShinySearcherUK keep up the good work and I look forward to it. No chance of this nurse doing videos ever. Too much geek and not enough skill here lol

i would put a pin into it and the other end of the pin into a nice little wooden stand, possibly among other specimens
