Brilliant product. Brilliant customer service. I love my custom cases... but it's an excruciating wait time. That's what has stopped me from ordering more so far. Thanks for the interview.
These cases are so nice, I have 4 of them, do 120, two df60s, and a df130. All are amazing quality. People who complain about the cost are generally those who put there 1000 dollar statue on a garage shelf. Penny wise pound foolish. My XM transformers, Pr8me Berserk, and Tsume pieces are well protected, dust free, and could care less who goes into my basement to hang out. No one is stupid enough to try to get into a case and people always prior to my moducase setup always use to go up to my pieces to touch them. It was just curiosity to see what they were made out of, but still, hands off!
@@bryan__wong I'm confident that you'll dedicate increased effort to that aspect if the community isn't inclined to wait. Additionally, please establish accurate expectations for customers prior to their purchase. If the process takes a year, communicate this timeframe transparently so they can plan accordingly. Don't commit to a delivery within six months and continually postponing thereafter.
13-14 months my ass. Not what people have consistently been reporting at all. If, even at this point, he still can't stop lying, why should we ever believe his new ETA's??
The ModuSpace Mono? 2:19 ..looks great! 1/6 collectors will love those. They look like better quality units compared to the IKEA Detolf, which have been discontinued and replaced by a unit some are saying are not very good quality. I wonder how much ModuSpace Moni units will cost? ..as ModuSpace units tend to be costly and take an age to make/deliver. If ModuSpace could somehow lower the cost and speed up delivery, it would be much welcomed.
His delivery times are a figment of his imagination…..going on 1 year for a non custom order. I knew going in that the delivery times were going to be long but him mentioning nine months is insulting to customers.
yeah one aspect will be consistency. Manufacturing one unit is easy but manufacturing 10,000 units we have to ensure its within tolerance so the 1st unit can be stack with the 10,000th unit :)
Been a customer of Bryan for ages, super cool guy, great idea he came up with, great interview, thanks for this insight.
thank you so much!!
The Legendary Bryan. Making dreams possible for collectors with kids! I'm Very happy with their cases.
Thank you!!! 😍
Getting these cases will definitely take your collection to another level.

Would love to have the modusoaces but just the waiting time is too long. Hope the Malaysia plant makes the manufacturing faster.
hey i am guilty on the leadtime, will still do my utmost to improve. Good craftsmen tough to train

@@davidbate2831Roger that sir, will do better in manufacturing schedule accuracy. Thank you!!!
The Mono ?! Do we have any idea when these are coming out? They look perfect

Totally agree with you, we should be announcing mid next year

Still too expensive to justify a complete display system for all my statues.
Good for him not sending things to China. Hope the Malaysia plant works out.
