I really like the apartment for one person living. Small (easy to clean and keep up) but fully equipped. Probably too small for a couple. May even be too small for one person with a big dog lol. Totally agree with you on the sofa/bed situation. Also it can’t be too comfortable in the long run? (I just have high standards for my sleeping situation) the pool definitely is very neat as well!

My daughter moved out that way after university so I have had the chance to visit some of my roots. I have to say that I am firmly a West Coast gal and am glad that I will spending my retirement out this way enjoying my golden years! xo

You seem so much happier in Vancouver. I don’t like the bedroom setup much either, it just looks temporary, not homey, and definitely not enough storage space for me. The swimming pool may sway me towards it a lot more though. We had a swimming pool in the house I grew up in and I really miss having one.

It's so creepy and I also wonder what happens when or if you detect them. The other issue is that legally AirBnBs can have cameras in the common spaces (it's in the fine print). The problem is that in such a small space, even if it's not filming in the bathroom for instance, it would still make it uncomfortable to live in the rest of the areas.
