Hello Andy. I am an installer and prefer LuxPower to setup. Couple of questions from me: 1. Let’s image that a customer have 3 phase In AC, but with very limited power, aprx 5 Kw for each phase. Same time the customer doesn’t have a 3F equipment, so it is better to set up a 3 machines for 1 F to divide a load. Can I add the AC in via Gen port to each inverter, so the Luxes will ignore the sinus? In this case I might have a divided load with full AC support. 2. The situation was with Smart load. I enabled it, but I found that load from Gen port used directly AC when AC available instead of using inverters power (battery and PV). Maybe I missed something with settings. 3. When I settled up a Smart load, I connected a neutral bond from AC out and GEN to an AC neural. Usually, without using a smart load I normally connecting AC out neutral from inverter to a city AC neutral and everything is ok. However when I also connected the Smart load neutral to city neural, turned on machine then enable the city AC and at that moment did not turned on the EPS button On, I am receiving a 20th error. If I do the same set up with a wires, turn on machine first, then EPS on and then city AC - I don’t receive such error. PS - I sent a video to support with this issue. Thanks.
Hi Sir, thanks for your reaching out. For your question 1: We don't recommend that connect generators to each inverter in the parallel system, the system will not operate. For your question 2: We guess that you enable the function "Grid always on" in the Smart Load setting section. For your question 3: I also forwarded this error to our tech-support, they will reply to you asap.
Fantastic tobhave these videos. This is what makes Luxpower stand out (not just their features). Where can I get this PDF document, it will make a handy reference manual for my installations.
