Never be afraid to venture in to another form of crafting. Junk Journaling is easy. There are a multitude of You Tubers to help you out. Really enjoyed the video, I like how you spend carefully but found amazing things. The Stamperia pads are gorgeous, my favourite is the pink but why do they have to make the pages double sided, so disappointing when I want to use ALL the pages 😄 I fell for the froggy Prince 😍 I would probably dangle him in my craft room. I just love your haul. The Stamperia books you can photo copy onto card stock so you don’t have to cut up the book and you can have as many tags or anything from the book you want.

You can dye the lace fabric and trim. I met a lady at a vintage tea dance wearing a beautiful brocade, lace and beaded dress in varying shades of purple and lavender. Turned out she dyed her wedding gown in a single purple dye and the different textures and beads took on different shades.

Lori, about the stamper is, if you are only using for yourself and not selling, if you have a scanner you can copy or scan pages from the 6x6 pads to use more than once; I do❣️

Wowee. Great haul! Excellent prices, especially thrift finds. I saw in a group, uncertain which one, that you can soak the wooden elements and the layers separate to three. I think it would be a good idea to separate to reduce bulk if you want to use them for journals. Are you familiar with Amazon Warehouse? It's the bargain section of Amazon. Most stuff comes repackaged. I have completely stocked my craft room with file folders, glues, paper, storage, glue, etc. I have some haul videos explaining it and giving prices. For example, I once got a ream of 11x17 buff colored paper for 38 cents. Going to check out Stamperia paper pads...

There is a section on Ali where you can get a refund on a portion of your order, you just have to figure out the price of the piece & shipping and enter that amount in. They will refund you. I have gotten refunds for broken items I have ordered. It can be frustrating because in my mind I'm thinking don't they check it before they send it out? Bev:)
You should have told them and put a dispute . They will refund your money or they can replace it and you keep the first order you do not return it . I am a big customer of AliExpress . They are the same thing you will buy somewhere else because they are all made in China.

You should check the value of the book before you use it for crafting. It is the same age as me. It is an antique.

Ouch! Please don't cut up vintage books! You can scan the page and print what you want. Old books are irreplaceable.
