It's Gwen's fault Sarah died. She was told not to leave the hospital in her already serious condition (DESPITE the circumstances), and if that weren't bad enough, she violently attacked Theresa forcing her to act in self defense and push Gwen off. So GET OVER YOURSELF, BECK!!!
I love Pilar. I understand she wants to protect Theresa, but Theresa has been making a lot of bad decisions and didn't stop to think of the consequences. Had she not chose to be selfish and disrespectful to Gwen and her marriage and do what she knew would upset her, Sarah would be alive and Theresa would not have lost custody of Little Ethan. If Gwen had caused Theresa to lose her child the exact way she lost hers, Theresa would want Gwen to be punished and wouldn't want to hear excuses as she's been giving to Gwen. Theresa won't be fair about this and accept that she's reaping what she sows. Losing custody of Little Ethan became a price she had to pay for the choices she's made. Gwen didn't deserve to lose her daughter at all. That's a very painful situation and Theresa should have learned her lesson. Her selfish obsession with Ethan has brought trouble and heartaching consequences.
No. If you don't remember what happen let me remind you. Gwen was already high risk before what happened with Sarah happened it had nothing to do with Theresa. When Theresa found out she went to LA to give space to Ethan and Gwen so the stress wouldn't impact the baby even more. Unluckly for everyone so did Ethan and Gwen. That being said Gwen was on strict bedrest at the time of Sarah's death. Ethan chose to leave her alone to talk to Theresa and Gwen chose to not listen to the doctor and got off of bed rest to look for Ethan. Gwen started the fight knowing the risk. Gwen losing Sarah is the fault of her and Ethan NOT Theresa. Gwen should have still been in the hospital

She didn't deserve to lose her baby. And what's more painful to say is Ethan had to pay a price for allowing Theresa to disrespect his marriage to Gwen. She started the fight with Theresa while Theresa kept reminding her that she's pregnant and she needs to think of her baby's life. But she hates Theresa more than she loves her children. Gwen repeated the same action when Jonathan was sick. Theresa did learn from Sarah's death and did everything in her power to help Jonathan stay alive when Gwen wouldn't.
