I regularly go off road with my longest off road stretch to date being 47km ... I can honestly say the stock suspension copes more than adequately . it's more about knowing yours and your bikes capabilities and not exceeding them... I am in the throws off planning a 3000Km + road trip around Thailand with approx. 1000Km of that being off road on mountainous jungle tracks and alike . After that we will see if the stock suspension is up to the job or not ....I've No plans to do the Paris Dakar rally lol
Hello, the bike stock is very capable, but now with the front upgraded is a really big improvement I did not expect that big difference, you just have to experience it. I am glad I did the upgrade. Wow sounds like a good trip you going to do 👍 I hope I get to travel more before my bones get too old. I think I can say as a foreigner living in the UK I have seen more of the country than a lot of citizens born here and UK is starting to be small country to me :)
@@jansmatildasadventures5227 That's one reason I left the UK A very tiny country which is over populated....there's no areas where you can feel free or alone ....and what really pissed me off was that there was too many stupid rules, laws and restrictions .To me it was starting to feel like a 1950's communistic regime hidden behind a masquerade mask of iPhone's and MacDonald's whist being told by the globalist elite that we are all free as long as you keep buy their products ...Rant over lol
@@jansmatildasadventures5227 Yeah ! A homemade sandwich will always be the healthiest option lol PS just out of curiosity what is your country of origin ?
Only the front as the OEM rear has the same performance as Rally Raid. RR is more durable and easier to set preload, also expensive. I hope it last me while the stock one, I need bash plate and engine guards now.
Hello, I am not that rich:( The performance is the same as the OEM but much more heavy-duty. Next will be the bash plate and engine guards. The rear shock is on the list to add but not priority at the moment. Hopefully this year I will be able to add everything on the bike and make it off-road tank 😁
