One thing that confuses me about CC is that he had to go every night fighting the nightmares but a person can only go 264 hours (11 consecutive days) without sleep before they die. I understand if he slept a bit before twelve but how did he wake up? If he had an alarm that would wake others in the house and they might question. Also I always have wondered how the nightmares never woke up the others in the house…
