Cleaning rubber granulate from steel wires and textile cord in processing shredded tires

When processing car tires by crushing, the raw material represents a mixture of rubber granulate, textile / fabric cord and steel wires. Separation of rubber granulate mixture on equipment manufactured by #ErgaGlobal​​ includes 2 stages:
✓ Vibrating screen as part of the plant separates textile from a mixture of rubber granules and steel cord;
✓ For efficient cleaning of rubber from metal inclusions ERGA DrumMag VF magnetic drum separator is used, equipped with a vibrating feeder for uniform material feed on the drum surface.
The separator model presented in this video allows you to extract magnetic inclusions with size up to 0.02 mm (flux density 320 mT).
