I just watched it eating a big slice of a chocolate cake. Great interview. It´s a rainy afternoon in São Paulo. Two of my biggest pleasures in life - Bruce and chocolate. Bruce's music was and is special. He's not the best at this or that, but no doubt he's one of the biggest musicians who ever walked the Earth. His poetry and music takes you in a special place you never knew existed, sometime in the 70s when the world was different, but his songs really transcend time without being abstract. That's a reason why I love each album.
I love this interview because the questions are genuine. It's thorough and it's what I would've asked. But it's missing one question - it's waves or sways?
He's the best storyteller and the best gravel voice...by far the best concerts of all...and in my life I have been to hundreds...I've been to 86 Bruce concerts..

So, even though we've chosen different roads in life, Bruce still speaks to my dreamer side. Listening to him in the 70's, headphones on in my parents dining room,loving the poetry of life, I grew in years to realize the difference between idealism and realism. Idealism is great in songs,poetry,even film but these are for dreams only. Realism is real life, dealing with real problems with eyes open. Not how things would be ideally, but how they really are. I love listening to much of his music, dreaming...but then I'm able to return to the real world and deal. Thanks for the music, but you've not a clue how to address America's problems,so stay away from politics.
I have to agree. There were a few years I was disappointed in him getting political on stage. It was a turn off. He is my favorite artist though. I think now that his son is a cop 👮♀️ he’s chilled out a bit and is getting back to just telling stories from his heart about love & life and growing up. God bless his son and may he be safe out there and may Bruce continue his poetry of life we all love. ✨💛✨

A simple Word Thank You to be You
My cousin Gina who was my best friend was gunned down in the streets of Melbourne in 1987 . She was only 21. When Born In The USA came out she would play it over and over and over and talked about Bruce over and over and over . She dreamed of meeting him and going to his concert . She never had that chance . When ever I hear a song with Bruce singing it feels like Gina is with me . I have so many letters from Gina , I kept them all bc I lived in Greece a few years and we’d write to each other every day . The latest album ‘ Letter To You ‘ resonates so much with me . Every song , the lyrics , it’s kind of eerie but beautiful . It could have been written for me . It feels like coming home . Thank you Bruce Springsteen 🙏🏼❤️

Actually, a "Nebraska" boxed set AND a "Born in the USA" box set would be great. But probably won't show up till next year, since (as someone else noted) Springsteen is completing "Tracks 2".
