wonderfully prepared Tibetan Sengong Thali which sure tastes very good.I made a few days ago Buchwheat Kuttu Sengong and chicken curry. For constant continous stirring Sengong in the hot pot I use Hand Stabmixer which is easier for me and Sengong becomes real smooth evenly.Thanks for the Thali idea with Sengong

That syosyo smells so good that once I fed a rice fried in syosyo to my friend And he asked me Was that a cheese ? Than I opened the syosyo and his reaction was good to see 🙈😆😆
