Alien is undoubtedly a classic but it’s more of a slow burn. Aliens is gritty high speed nitro fueled death on an acid burned chunk of plate armor! 🔥 oh, and sentry guns in the extended version… what more could you want?
Not even half as great as the original, all Aliens really did was send the series into a downward spiral and only a fanboy would try to suggest any different.

The sequel to Alien isn’t CLOSE to as good as the original.
Very cool, I think they're both amazing masters of their genre, so my mood dictates, which I watch. Why do you like Alien 1 better?
I like aliens better but I don’t think it’s 10x better. It’s like the difference of a 10 to a 9.9.

@@RoaryUK I see it as they both just have different goals they deliver on perfectly. And I actually don't like any of the other sequels either 🤣
