I seen a video where they won’t clump up if you just put the chocolate in a piping bag and place it in the mid hot water cup and keep it moving around and it should be less mess and dishes

i see you use many different melting cups what are the best you recommend and what spatula's do you think are best. Also letters i have medium that you have but what mold for smaller letters do you recommend?
Every time that I wash my strawberries, they seem to start getting soft. It doesn’t seem to matter how firm and beautiful that they were from the start. :( Has this happened to you? Do you do anything to prevent it?
I missed how you did made that gold liquid to splatter on the berries & also can I use the Wilton glue for the letters instead of the melted chocolate ?
Thank you for this! I had so many issues with the Wilton melts on 2 occasions so I used chocolate chips. I’ll check out the Ghiradelli melts. Also is there a reason you only put the dark chocolate berries in the styrofoam?
Hi, I love all of your videos. I have learned so much. I am planning of opening my own small business and all your tips and tricks are amazing. I just would like to know where are you able to purchase the big bags of the chocolate.
I highly recommend using a silicone cup. After dipping you can leave the container on the counter until it fully hardens and pop the chocolate out or place your cup or container into the microwave for 45-50 seconds & let the chocolate melt completely, clean with hot water and soap does the trick 👍

Hi where did you get the large bags of Ghirardelli melting wafers? I've only seen the 10oz bags sold in stores.
