- We intercepted two incredible cold season tornadoes, one EF2 that tracked SW of Sulphur Springs, TX and another EF4 that caused major damage from near Clarksville, TX to Idabel, OK and beyond.

That really was a scary night. Probably the first time in about 15 years where I felt the need to take shelter. I live in Idabel and the tornado hit a 1/4 mile from my house. I had friends lose their houses. Businesses that I use were flattened. My stepmom was in the building next to the church that was completely destroyed. And to top it off, my dad left the house literally 5 minutes before the tornado hit for work at Idabel PD. I wish y’all and Reed had made it up here and weren’t blocked by downed trees.

At 1:28 you can see the inflow into the tornado. Very fascinating stuff
I was in this near the twin tornados in como picton kind of but really in Martin springs and I was outside when this happened but then I got in the shelter
It is true: cows do turn their backsides towards strong winds (and tornadoes). Great chase
