I vividly remember my mom playing this song for me and my siblings on the car rides to school and I remember falling in love with it and begged my mom to play it, sometimes even before bed she’d play it for me. I’m 19 now and to this day I still love this song. I sing it every time it plays in my car, I listen to it when I want to relax, when I write, and I’ve never stopped loving it. And my mom knows I haven’t and it’s both of our favorite songs.

Woke up a few weeks ago recalling a dream I had several months ago. I wasn’t dreaming. I actually woke up recalling a previous dream that I had a while back in 2018.
In the dream we were on a farmland and Blake was surrounded with many German Shepherds, perhaps a dozen or so that guided and assisted him. Cameron was in the dream, and he was the lead farmhand.
The details of the dream were calm. There were no hills that I recall. I thought it might be Massachusetts. But it seemed like it was in the Mid-West, or maybe even Texas. The breeze was warm. And I recalled a sensation as the breeze moved along my brow. Yes, I ‘felt’ the dream. And the fields along the flatlands seemed to stretch onward toward the red skies at the sunset.
I hadn’t really felt a sense of peace like that in a while. But seeing the smiles on my boy’s faces was something blessed to see. It felt like everything was where it was supposed to be, like dreaming in déjà vu.

This is legit why I usually only listen to classic rock when performed as covers by new artists. The originals crush my heart.

I was 9 years old on my way to school. It was Monday morning and my teacher said I will be the first one to share something to the class. So when I was in front of the classroom I began to sing this song,word for word from beginning to end. To my surprise, all of my fellow students sang with me, including the teacher. This song is one of my all time favorites that my mother use to sing to me when I was just a baby boy. She passed away last year and now I sing it to my little baby boy. I remember how this song brought love laughter and big smiles. Timeless.

I was listening to my AM/FM radio when the DJ introduced this song Here is "Dreams" from the album Rumours by Fleetwood Mac ....here it is almost 50 years later. I was 11 and at 61 still listening.

Rumours has to be one of the best albums ever made. It's in my personal top ten all time greatest records.
This whole album gives me more Nostalgia vibes than anything.
It always takes me back to being a child in early 90s, camping with my bro and parents, we had no power, just a small radio they had this on CD. I normally hated their music but this was the perfect album for winding down as the camp fire crackles in the background after dying down and just drifting off. The tunes stuck with me forever and I appreciate the masterpiece of the albums composition ever since.

I did not know Stevie Nicks wrote the song. Impressive… and so are her vocals. A meaningful message coming out of a depressing situation, haunting…
I think she wrote more of FW's top songs than McVie, even.
In the middle of a recording session Stevie Nick went to rest for a moment in a room next to the studio where there was a piano and wrote the song in 15 minutes, amazing talent.
This song is one of the most beautiful blends of Country, Pop, Folk, Rock, and funk and Stevie’s vocals are nothing short of spectacular. Thanks for posting!
