"Size your weight lifting shoes like youd size your dress shoes " ohhh cool I dont have any of those either so i have a great reference to go off of 😄
streetpunk99 get a job
@@AMRAP I have one, that's why I dont have time for dress shoes😄
Everyone should have dress shoes and a suit in their wardrobe. Tip # 2: If you buy a wool suit, always keep it covered in your closet. I have lost too many wool clothing items from moth larvae damage than I care to talk about.
Prob the hardest choice deciding to wear a shoe with cramped toes and close to the front with weight lifting shoes. Nano x is a easy shoe to pick for size, but the legacy lift and adipower have a slight toe cramping which is something i've avoided all my live when picking shoes. i'll take the advice and go with the tighter fit. good video explaining how they should fit. just hope they wont annoy me in the gym. guess it wont matter too much if it's only for a few hours every week. need something with a raised heel due to a recent ankle surgery limiting dorsiflexion. makes my heel raise when squatting.
Thank you so much! This vid was exactly what I needed.
Review on the adipowers? Maybe do an hnboxing of the triple black edition :D
45.5 size on Nike SuperRep is less than 1 thumb. 46 is more than that! What to do ... I feel the first size tight and the second one loose ( with running thin socks)
You can always fix shoes that are too big with socks. You can't fix too small no matter what.
Any plans to review The Rock's new Project Rock Delta's?
Hey Joel quick question! For barbell training, would you go with the nano 7 or the conviction X? I also like the MX40's but the rev-lite heel surely isn't as solid.
Liam Hynes for pure Barbell work, Nano 7
As Many Reviews As Possible Thanks again!
Any review on the inov8 all trains?
Jon R. Mariteragi it's coming!
Very helpful info... I recently bought some Nike training shoes and because I didn't have enough room between my toes and the front of the shoe, my toes started to get irritated. Fast forward to Nano 8's... now I do have a fingernail space which is way more comfortable. I was worried I might have some slippage during my Tabata workouts but they seemed stable. Those Nano 8's are just way too comfortable... like exercising in slippers. ;)
I want to order no bull training shoes. I live in Canada and If I order the wrong size i am screwed. I have no idea if the shoes will fit me properly
Alot of people say romaleos 4 are very tight and I've even heard people advise other to size up? I'm confused now
Get your true to size sneaker size. They’ll initially be tight but will break in. Only size up If you have a really wide foot.
Hey man, a but late but an answer would be really nice. I bought some WL shoes and they are snug until the toebox, i can move the last quarter of my foot around and there is a thumb of space between my big toe and the front of the shoe. Should i sz down or just stick with it?
Only if they made a 12.5 but they don’t
Whats your foot size?
Are you standing or sitting?
Thumbnail distance. Can you translate this to putting a finger behind your heel? I have 2 sizes in Adipower but dont really know which one to pick. The toe box is narrow. Dont have a lot of distance between my big toe and the front. Size up it seems the shoes will be too wide when they will be broken in? Is there a big difference when you break the shoes in. Length won't be different but maybe width?
throwthejavelin368 when tightened up the heel shouldn’t move away from the back of the shoe at all, and you should have about a quarter to half inch space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe
Thank you for the help! Love this channel. You answer very quickly on every question. Really appreciate that!
throwthejavelin368, How was the fit with the adipowers? I got two pair and having a difficult deciding which I like more. Cramped toes with no slide, or a little more relaxed fit. I absolutely hate cramped shoes but need to pick up some weight lifting due to having a bad ankle to prevent heel raise during squats. how is your experience after using them for a bit?
What if ball of foot moves slightly up in shoe when fully tightened? Trying to size asics lift trainers and master lift lite.
Alex Merenkov if you're sliding forward, it sounds a little big, esp for WL shoes. You should have enough room for your toes to splay, but not slide forward.
As Many Reviews As Possible no I have a thumbs length at the tip but the back heel and ball of food can go up and down slightly. So shoe isn't totally secure
Foot*
hmmm yeah the ankle cut might be too shallow for your feet.
As Many Reviews As Possible Yeah maybe it's just not as secure as I think I need because the back ball can lift slightly not sure if this is a problem with asics, problem due to my feet or need to try to size down.
I have Adidas Powerlift 3.1 size UK 7 I want to get Reebok Men's Legacylifter Cross Trainer you think 7.5 is good?
