Good stuff! The chaos and rage of Zinnia's theme is often neglected, so that's refreshing to see. She's literally on the verge of losing her last bit of will to live in that battle. It's really driven by those hard-hitting low-string hits in the original though. I think adding complexity and reverb to it muffles it a little, I'd recommend synching up those great timpani hits with the cello you have underneath it. I also really liked the key change you put near the end of the loop! The quick swell up to it feels really grand and insane, especially with the flutes. Keep at it :)

@@Galax_Music For sure! I'm hobbyist composer myself and this song happens to be my favorite in Pokemon, so I'm a bit too familiar with its details lol. I think for a lot of remixers it's easy to fall in the trap of more instruments = more intense, but Zinnia's theme only uses a few - its leading accordion and violin, low strings, a drumkit, and the electric bass and xylophone way in the back. I don't even think the Smash remix added anything besides the acoustic and electric guitars. It even keeps the accordion. I listened to one of your more recent tracks and you've definitely improved a lot in a short time, the Maxie/Archie battle was awesome. I don't remember if RUclips has a DM system anymore, but if it does, feel free to hit me up if you want to talk music!

I'm so glad Zinnia finally caught Rayquaza in Pokemon Masters, even if it isn't a canon part of the story. Brendan/May essentially stole her destiny from her in ORAS, so seeing her start her path to closure was so heartwarming.

I know my title's stay the same for most of the cases too but I in defense I have to say that the quality of my music is improving. Now that I listen to Zinnia's remix and compare it to a recent remix I've done such as Red's Theme all I can say is that a huge improvement has been made. Zinnia's remix had too much reeverb and overall could be done better although it is one tough track to recreate. I'll remake it again in the future since I'm not satisfied with the results I got before. Thanks for listening!
