1. Preparation. (Luck favours the prepared).
2. Luck (for the things you can't control)
3. Patience. (being in a hurry always costs more money)
The Art of War:
1. Know your enemy better than you know yourself
2. Try everything to avoid conflict (negotiation).
3. If conflict (negotiation) is unavoidable, strike first. (walk away).
