Am I the only one that spontaneously bursts into sobs when listening to this song? I feel like it has such a deeper meaning than the surface. I feel some sort of expression of relinquishment, of letting go, like he's finally said "okay" and given up his fight against it. I don't know. Help me people! I always envisioned the lyric of this song to be spoken by a spineless person. Someone who is constantly getting flak and stress from a variety of different sources. But instead of trying to diffuse any of this, they just allow it to happen, muttering an exasperated 'okay' each time. They bottle in their frustration and anger each time but by the song's climax they break and end up projecting all of it unto a single, likely innocent entity that never had anything to do with it.

Madeon has ALWAYS been Madeon . [2] Just quality over quantity defines the difference between the album's songs with the older ones. There is a different amount of time given to 1 single (or an EP) for 1 year or more and EACH 13 tracks of the album for 2 years and a half approximatively (calculated thanks to facts by Madeon himself). You can clearly imagine the amount) of hours that would be dedicated to each song in these 2 conditions . There IS a huge difference [3] . You can't compare fairly a madeon single with a madeon album song In my honest opinion. [4] . Albums don't usually offer much Club/Jumping sounding tracks (unlike the singles) - an album is supposed to be heared with a toned-down aspect (thus the appearance of many Nu-disco beats in Hugo's album.) to more apreciate each elements of it. [5] . Evolution is a true talent to perform and only real artists have the guts to do it (because they love to diversify and their not afraid at all to show it) unlike others . ---- That was sure exhausting to write mind me ^^

George Finetz I had that same feeling until I listened to all his new songs in a context (that is, when I bought the album). Seriously, listening to it from beginning to end grants anyone a big smile and admiration at the amount of creativity put into it.
Anyway, he's stated that he's leaning towards the "pop structure, electronic sound" scheme more than ever, so it might have something to do with the difference from these tracks to the happy complextro stuff he made everytime back in the day.
