    ✅ Ingredients:
    • potato - 2,2 lb | 1 kg
    • wine vinegar - 4 tbsp
    • olive oil - 3,5 fl oz | 100 ml
    • whole grain mustard - 2 tbsp
    • scallion - 2 stalks
    • fresh parsley - 3 sprigs
    • salt - 1 tsp
    ✅ You will need:
    • saucepan
    • bowl
    📙 Preparation:
    1. Cut the potato into bars and chop up the scallion and fresh parsley.
    2. Combine the vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt and chopped greens in a bowl.
    3. Lay the potato into a saucepan and pour with water covering it, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid, boil until readiness for 13-15 minutes.
    4. Drain the potato, pour with the prepared sauce and toss neatly.
    5. Serve the mustard potato as a salad, appetizer or side dish.
    ❗️ Advices:
    1. Olive oil can be replaced with any vegetable oil that you use in salads.
    2. Fried bacon bits add smoky flavor and texture.
    3. Fresh herbs can be used to taste.
    4. You can boil the potatoes with skins on if you like the added texture.
